Το Women in Yachting Conference σχεδιάστηκε από την ONDECK Events με στόχο να γίνει ένα δυναμικό βήμα διαλόγου, έμπνευσης και συνεργασιών. Η διοργάνωση τόνισε ότι η ισότητα δεν αποτελεί μόνο ηθική επιταγή, αλλά και στρατηγικό πλεονέκτημα για τις επιχειρήσεις του σήμερα. Αναδείχθηκε η ανάγκη για: πολιτικές που στηρίζουν τη γυναικεία επιχειρηματικότητα, ευκαιρίες κατάρτισης και mentoring, εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα που προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη, δίκαιη εκπροσώπηση σε ηγετικές θέσεις, ενίσχυση της ορατότητας νέων γυναικείων προτύπων. Οι συζητήσεις των πάνελ, από τις πρωτοπόρες που άνοιξαν δρόμους σε έναν απαιτητικό χώρο, μέχρι τις νέες επαγγελματίες της τεχνολογίας, του σχεδιασμού και της βιωσιμότητας, ανέδειξαν τον καταλυτικό ρόλο των γυναικών στο μέλλον του κλάδου. Ένα συνέδριο που ανοίγει νέους ορίζοντες Η ONDECK Events δεσμεύεται να συνεχίσει και να επεκτείνει τον θεσμό, θέτοντας τις βάσεις για ακόμη πιο στοχευμένες δράσεις τα επόμενα χρόνια. And then there were 6 🫣 Here’s a little fly-by picture reel of our second fur-baby Smidge 🐾 Rescued by Laura from under a green wheelie-bin at a teeny 500g - almost died of gastroenteritis but came back from the brink and never left (much to Ross’s initial disapproval 😂). We’ve had her a little while now but until we were completely confident she was suited to boatlife we kinda kept it schtum 🤫. Turns out she won’t leave the boat even if the windows and hatch are wide open but she does love to hang out during a spot of yoga on deck… Ronnie took her under his furry paws like nothing you’ve ever seen and their love is something else! Who else has rescue kitties on board and would pick take all the strays home if they could? 👩🏼🧔🏽‍♀️👦🏼🧑🏼‍🦰🐈🐈‍⬛🦋⛵️❤️
