Dans les Petites Antilles entre la Guadeloupe et Saint-Martin, l’Etat insulaire d’Antigua-et-Barbuda fait le bonheur des plaisanciers à la recherche d’ambiance tropicale et de plages vierges. Ayant totalement exclu le tourisme de masse, Barbuda a été listée en 2016 dans les dix plus belles destinations de vacances par le Conde Nast Traveller.
