C'est une impressionnante manoeuvre qui s'est dรฉroulรฉe au chantier Alubat dans la ville de @LesSablesdOlonne-Tourisme pour le retournement de la coque de ce voilier 100% aluminium dรฉdiรฉ au grand voyage. Construite ร l'envers sur son gabarit, la coque a รฉtรฉ "dรฉmoulรฉe" puis contrรดlรฉe par ressuage pour tester l'รฉtanchรฉitรฉ des soudures. C'est pourquoi un liquide rose apparaรฎt ร l'intรฉrieur de la coque puisque qu'un liquide rose est appliquรฉe ร l'intรฉrieur et une mousse blanche ร l'extรฉrieur de la coque. Si un point rose apparaรฎt ร l'extรฉrieur, c'est qu'il y a une fuite et qu'il faut refaire la soudure. Ce cas est rare mais peut arriver donc tous nos bateaux sont testรฉs. Et maintenant que la coque est ร l'endroit, elle va pouvoir recevoir son pont avec son cockpit et sa timonerie ! A suivre dans l'atelier de chaudronnerie : l'assemblage.
