I was watching one of those videos about how to be healthier, happier, more productive by a beautiful American. As so often, they were pontificating on the things that are essential parts of a daily routine. One of the most popular trends for that at the moment is how essential it is to go outside first thing in the morning and get 10 minutes of sunlight. A huge whale and going where the wind takes us for a fantastic two day sail! With the forecast winds we were going to be close hauled and knew we might be pushed off course and end up sailing straight on past to Majorca or even end up in Barcelona - but we didn’t mind.
