📖Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes (for 2) Make your go-to pancake batter for 2 🤎Set aside 2–3 tbsp of batter and mix with: • 2 tbsp melted butter • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon Cook pancakes as usual and pipe a swirl into pancake batter while cooking 🤍Cream cheese drizzle: 2 tbsp softened cream cheese 1 tsp melted butter 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar Splash of vanilla 1–2 tsp milk (to thin) Whisk until smooth & drizzle over warm pancakes 🥞 Enjoy!

The island of Carriacou is north of Grenada in the southern Caribbean. Many sailing cruisers make the Grenadines home during the hurricane season as it's low risk. Our favorite anchorage is Sandy Island or just off Paradise Beach.
