Dear Salty Sailor, Fresh water is one of the most precious resources we carry on our sailboat, and access to it can be critical in remote locations. We decided to install a water maker to âproduceâ our own fresh water, and we couldnât be happier. Of course, it gave us some challenges (what part of the boat doesnât, right? xD), but overall, itâs been a huge win. You can check out the entire installation process on our channel.
