Making its first appearance back in 1999, the Oxygen continues the legacy of being a proven and reliable freeride design. Sporting fresh new colours for the coming season, the updated Oxygen has a higher aspect ratio that allows for the use of a shorter boom. The mast length increase is balanced by the introduction of a closed sleeve head, replacing the previous plug fitting. The Riptide 41 is our second project from the Bieker Boats design firm. The boat is a water-ballasted, "high-performance gentleman's racer" that is being built with the latest carbon-composite materials. This time-lapse video, created by Geoff Thilo, shows the hull being rolled over after which structural work on the interior and bonding of the deck commenced.
