Dean’s Blue Hole na Bahamach przyciąga nurków z całego świata. To jedna z najgłębszych dziur na Ziemi – aż 202 metry w głąb oceanu! 🌊 To właśnie tutaj odbywają się zawody we freedivingu, czyli nurkowaniu na wstrzymanym oddechu. Kręcono tu także wiele scen do filmów o swobodnym nurkowaniu. Ale freediving to coś więcej niż sport – to medytacja, wyciszenie i głęboki kontakt z własnym ciałem. Nurkowie schodzą w dół, opierając się tylko na sile swoich płuc, spokoju i umiejętności relaksacji. Nie mogliśmy się oprzeć, żeby spróbować – i pokazujemy Wam to niesamowite miejsce z naszej perspektywy!
