We sold our home at the beginning of the pandemic (May 27th, 2020) and moved aboard our Seawind 1600 #catamaran, Wanderlust, in September. We plan to sail her to Harbors Unknown, and explore the world's vast cultures through food, a common thread amongst people everywhere. Connecting with people and places through the local cuisine, and showing how those dishes can be cooked on a boat with limited space and resources. We share our adventures as a sailing couple living on a boat and how it's possible to live an #alternativelifestyle that provides freedom and fulfillment. Vincent et Julie ont utilisé un LibertyKite® 20 m² lors du convoyage de leur catamaran démâté de Saint Malo à Caen. Ce moyen de propulsion complémentaire leur a permis de soulager leur moteur, de gagner en autonomie de carburant, mais aussi d'avoir un bonus en terme de vitesse (que Vincent évalue à 4 noeuds). La famille a validé l'usage du LibertyKite® à l'issue de ces quelques jours de tests.
