If you listen to the various discussions around the docks, you know that there is significant disparities among sailors concerning fixed docks and floating docks. For Toni and I, nothing beats a floating dock and we think most catamaran sailors would agree. Fixed docks required line adjustments, fender movements, and simply getting on and off the boat safely depends on the tides. However, a floating docks are a set it, and forget it. Everything moves as a whole with the tides. See why here. Feel free to comment and let us know your thoughts. Subscribe and share the adventure! ► Full test in Multihulls World N°171: https://www.multihulls-world.com/review/catamaran/alegria-67-uncompromising-luxury ► The Alegria 67 made her mark when first presented at Cannes in 2018. Berret-Racoupeau have got it right: the elegance and modernity of the exterior lines as well as the style and quality of the interior fittings set a new standard for this type of offshore limousine. The flybridge is immense, the VIP cabins luxurious, the equipment and facilities adaptable to a program with or without crew. The owner's suite with direct access to the forward cockpit is equipped with... a jacuzzi! Despite this level of comfort that you’d expect to find in a luxury villa, the 67 performs well. She’s seen real commercial success with several dozen examples of this large multihull have already been sold. ► TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Builder: Fountaine Pajot Length: 66’10” (20.36 m) Beam: 32’3” (9.84 m) Light displacement: 77,200 lbs (35 t) Draft: 5’7” (1.7 m) Mainsail: 1,400 sq ft (130 m²) Genoa: 1,076 sq ft (100 m²) Cabins: 4/6 + 2 crew cabins Water: 303 US gal (1,150 l) Diesel: 317 US gal (1,200 l) Engines: 2 x 110/150 HP ► Become a FREE SUBSCRIBER to Multihulls World's YouTube page now - https://www.youtube.com/c/MultihullsWorld ► Log on to our website to discover over 500 multihulls tests!
