Ci svegliamo pronti con una candelina. Non è stato facile trovarla, ma ce l'abbiamo fatta ? Festeggiamo un altro compleanno a bordo, quanti anni ha visto passare Julia? Dopo aver soffiato sulla candelina e spento il fuocherello degli anni tiriamo su l'ancora ed entriamo in marina. Noleggiamo un'auto e andiamo a vederci un tramonto meraviglioso sotto al castello di Milazzo. Che colori, che meraviglia le Eolie in distanza. Rapiti da tanta bellezza scorgiamo un ristorantino molto bello incastonato nella pietra. Ci fermiamo e ci godiamo una splendida cenetta. Giornata di celebrazione, di serenità e di programmi. Stiamo iniziando a concretizzare i pensieri sul ritorno. Sarà meraviglioso e sarà insieme a chi vorrà essere presente. A breve vi diremo tutto. Buona notte e a domani! But I'm happy to admit I was completely wrong. We've had massive rainstorms here in St Martin - over 100 gallons of rainwater ended up in our dinghy in just one day. Normally, it would have taken 20+ minutes (and a lot of effort) to bail it out by hand, but with the transfer pump it was emptied in about 3 minutes, no heavy lifting, no drama. The pump runs on the same Milwaukee M12 batteries we already use with our other tools and can be used in other areas of the boat, like the water tanks, bilges and lockers.
