Nautitech in comparison to the two major players in production catamarans are famed for their performance and are often the sailors choice in catamaran terms uncompromising in their pursuit of a preferred balance between comfort and performance. This one is a rather special example taken away from the factory at an early stage by its wealthy discerning owner keen to adopt a greener approach to sailing. In fact this one can not fairly be compared to a run of the mill production Nautitech, as it was originally built as a project to promote an upgraded option called "Greenboat" as a commercial venture, bristling with high tech upgraded equipment on all levels offering a much more luxurious fit out altogether. The Nautitech is a pretty looking catamaran, spacious and a spritely sailing catamaran, which really does knock spots of most of its rivals in its factory fitted standard guise, but this one is in another league . The condition of this pocket superyacht is beautiful and no prospective purchaser would fail to be impressed with every aspect inside and out. If your looking for a Nautitech in this size range you will not find a better example. More information https://www.worldwidecatamarans.com/sales/catamarans/2013-green-boat--1
The modern Catamarans are made for comfort and not so much for sailing, that means they project a very large beam surface and the anchor cannot be effective with more than 15 kts of Crossing wind. To make the anchor effective you must upgrade to maybe 50 kg witch is unrealistic for this kind of boats, so make sure you protect your leeward quarter with a round fender or even better a permanent fender that can protect from any kind of accidental touch to the dock during your backing as well.
We all hit moments where life feels like it's standing still. You may feel stuck, unsure of what to do next, or like you’re just going through the motions. It’s a frustrating place to be, but remember, it’s also a temporary phase. The key is not to stay in that stuck feeling. Start by acknowledging your emotions. It’s okay to feel lost sometimes — it doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Once you allow yourself to feel, begin reflecting on what’s truly important to you. Reconnect with your goals, values, and passions. Next, break the situation down. Big changes can feel overwhelming, so focus on small, manageable steps that will lead you toward a clearer path. It’s about progress, not perfection. And finally, remember that you don’t have to do it alone. Seek support from friends, family, or a mentor who can offer perspective and guidance. Change starts within, but sometimes, it helps to talk it through with someone who gets it. Don’t give up. You’ve overcome obstacles before, and you have the strength to keep moving forward, no matter how stuck you feel right now.
