J109 Going to Red was tacking in close quarters to the shore shortly after the start of the harbour race of Volvo Cork week 2024. With the tide rushing into Cork Harbour it paid to stick to the right to get relief from the in rushing tide. There are a couple of close crosses as the majority of the fleet tried to maximise the relief they got. Our lucky guests got to swim with a whale shark at a fishing platform (bagan) close to Triton Bay. The whale shark is attracted to the bagan by the fishermen feeding it! Dolphins came and joined in too! Filmed on board Coralia Liveaboard.
