after over 4 months in the Southern Ocean, nothing can compare with rounding the Horn and heading North. The only trouble is that home was still another 8,000 miles away, but that day I didn't care a bit! @SailingIntoOblivion

A squall hit the Heineken Regatta, gusts up to 60 were measured at the mast. Total mayhem. Ocean Breeze had a Ministry of Sailing Rescue Swimmer on board... Not needed.
