All you need is a booty band! After a really busy day of work on the boat and work in my business, I’m surprised I had the energy to get this out. But after taking a good 7 days off from any workouts, I was really glad to get this one in ☺️ I didn’t go too hard, but it still knocked me for six. Also my appetite afterwards was INSATIABLE! When you sail into Rotterdam from the North Sea, starting at Hoek van Holland to the Veerhaven, it is about 2 hours of sailing in a busy area of Holland. On the Maas, there are a lot of boats (watertaxis, containerships, workboats, etc). Luckily you are supported by control posts that guide you into the right direction on the water.
