After sailing from the Turks and Caicos we sought refuge in Ocean World Marina for the hurricane season. We knocked out a lot of boat projects including one that happened during our stay at the marina before setting off to Samana and the Puerto Rico! Our March 27, 2022 edition of our Cooking and Provisioning Class. The members wanted to learn how to use up leftovers on their passages. We taught them frittatas and fried rice, along with basic provisioning principles, sanitation and knife skills.
