You don't usually expect two supermaxis to get involved in an America's Cup style dial-up contest a minute before the start gun!But a couple of times this week andoo Comanche and Hamilton Island Wild Oats XI have used the start boat or the pin end mark to see if they can peel off their opposite number and gain the upper hand as they cross the line.And if you're the unsuspecting media boat caught in the middle of the circle work it can be very hard to know which way to go!

We bought an "old-ish" sailing yacht to renovate and sail through the French Canals to the MED. When we get there, we'll turn left. A little test-fire of the Cubic Mini Grizzly. The stove is mostly installed. I need to finish the ceiling trim and the heat shields behind the chimney. But, a quick fire during happy hour didn’t hurt anything. What a difference this stove makes to the comfort of a sailboat! Wow. I am really looking forward to getting it going in earnest…and the timing is perfect as the temps are going to be minus double-digits next week. 🥶
