Video credit to Trey Williams (Marissa #55). Trey is a professional builder and a Seakeeper Ride installer and he sent us a video of his Marissa he was testing out with the Seakeeper Ride tabs installed. From Trey, "I was able to get some short running footage showing how well the Marissa hull works in small chop. The Marissa 18 is the best riding 18 footer I've ever been on and now with the seakeeper ride it makes it even better than before. Amazing hull design paired with technology is very impressive. Speed was about 26-27 mph."
Forget just the powerful hydraulics—I'm seriously impressed by the engineering supporting this exhaust system! We're looking at independent suspension technology, similar to what you find in top-tier sports cars, designed specifically to handle the massive torque these engines generate. That crucial 'give' combats dangerous torsion, a detail most builders completely overlook. When you combine that brilliant suspension with the carbon fiber used in both the hull and the manifolds, you understand why the Ocean Alexander stands apart. This isn't just building a boat; it's aerospace-level engineering for the water! #yachtengineering #marineinnovation #superyacht #boatingtech #luxurylifestyle #oceanalexander #performanceboating #spaceagetek
