Installing a new floor in an Edencraft is far from a simple task. This 565 build has reached the Joining Shed stage. After completing the stringers, full tank installation, foaming, leveling, and glassing, the floor is finally ready for a dry fit. Once the dry fitting is complete, both surfaces will be prepped. The base of the floor will be resin-coated, and the hull will be layered with chopped fiberglass and resin. With precision, the floor is then carefully placed in position and weighted down to create a strong chemical bond between the two surfaces. From this point, any gap between the floor liner and the hull will be filled with foam, sanded to perfection, and sealed with a layer of fibreglass.
