Today he shows us around Taipan, the 18 foot skiff designed and raced by Bob Miller. Miller, who was later known as Ben Lexcen, used many of the design principles seen in Taipan on the successful Australia II. In June 2022 we chose to scrape and grind our hull down to the original gel coat. It was hot, it was hard work and yes it was worth it. Flashback to Preveza, Greece working on the hull and knowing it was all going to be worth it.
