On June 19'th 2014 the beautiful M/Y Polar Bear was totaled by fire. On June 22' 2013 we saw her on the dock at Roche Harbor Washington and took these shots with the hope that one day we would be able to do a complete video on her.

The Strike 15 has folding outriggers. This video shows a mock up of the unfolding system. The hulls and beams are real, but clearly unfinished. However the beambolts and attachments are temporary. Trailing width is 2200, approx 7ft The outrigger unfolds itself because the boat is on a slight slope, so gravity is forcing it to open.
