Jump onboard tall ship Blue Clipper for a passage crossing adventure! Leave land in the distant horizon as you set sail across the ocean. From UK based mile builders to crossing the Bay of Biscay, or even taking on the ultimate Atlantic crossing, Blue Clipper's passage crossings suit all experience levels. Built-in Sweden in 1991, Blue Clipper is an impressive three-masted gaff rig schooner. With a clipper bow, original teak deck and elegant stern, she mixes a traditional tall ship feel with a relatively modern build giving guests an authentic experience with all the mod cons. On deck, she boasts ample space for her guests to become fully immersed in hands-on sailing, heaving the ropes, hoisting the sails, learning ropes skills, and even taking the helm. A spacious saloon, wheelhouse and galley also sit at deck level, while below decks have been well-considered with six spacious ensuite cabins, sleeping 12. All cabins have full-size bunks, a small desk, a porthole for natural light and heating/air conditioning. One of the biggest decisions we had to make when preparing to buy our yacht was whether or not to buy a dog. We looked at the pros and cons of having a dog on the boat and researched what type of dog might be best suited for a life aboard. Ultimately we settled on an Australian Shepherd and a few months later Rose came into our lives. Now, we couldn't imagine traveling the world without her.

Some of you might know that I bought a boat a few months ago. She’s a beautiful old timber fishing boat originally from Melbourne, build in 1979. I’ve started turning her into my dream home, the perfect little cosy liveaboard. It has been the most amazing adventure so far and I decided to share it online for anyone who is interested ⛵️ It’s been a challenging few months so far. Full of ups and downs, set backs and new jobs that weren’t even planned. But it has also been super rewarding to figure it all out on my own (and the help of some friends). I have no background in building or carpentry or no knowledge at all about electrical work and boats in general. So I have been learning so much and I can’t wait to set sail :) #sailingstormy

"We had a great race. We sailed really well, managed to get a good start, and then we kind of controlled the race from there. So it's really positive, especially after the little disappointment yesterday." -Paul Goodison, American Magic Helmsman
