๐ชข Sunday Boat Tip [7/52] ๐ชข Our gas oven only has heating from below, and when first moving onboard cooking in it was a real struggle! The food got badly burnt on the underside and was often undercooked on the topside, resulting in really bad cooking ๐งโ๐ณ But since we got this advice during our first winter as liveaboards our cooking game has improved so much! So, now itโs time for us to pass the knowledge forward. If you have a gas oven with no top heating, you must try this!
