The RS700 & 800 nationals were pretty epic!🤜 We managed to sneak out on Saturday where the conditions were glam! Sun out and a nice force 4 to get the boats going. 🌊🌤 Castle Cove Sailing Club put on a great show with some great events after sailing which were enjoyed by all! Congrats to all the sailors! Who's the fastest windsurfer ever? ▫️ We ran a reel recently on the 500m World Sailing Speed Record currently held by Paul Larsen on Sailrocket 2. There are quite a few windsurfers on the list. ▫️ We got quite a few comments asking "where is Bjorn Dunkerbeck?" While he doesn´t hold any 500m sailing records, he has held 3 outright records over a nautical mile and also hit 55.97 knots over a 2 second time gap in 2021. ▫️ So here he is.
