Comment if you like Fresh B.C. Canada Sockeye Salmon Sashimi! We were given some fresh Sockeye Salmon caught only an hour earlier that day. I attempted to filet it and in the process made some amazing sushi! Fresh sockeye sushi sashimi! Yum! A little soy sauce and a slice of beautiful red salmon! Doesn't get any better

They went snorkelling lots, went kayaking and paddle boarding, did lots of walks around the islands, and even played cards and other games, like they hadn't done as a family in years.
