Here is a cool storm we caught a quick time lapse of. This video spans about an hour overall, but is pretty short due to the exposure lengths. We almost ruined this one by leaving the lens stabilizer on, but were able to smooth it out! I get asked this question all the time. What does it mean when a boat is being advertised as, "Not for Sale to US Citizens while in US Waters?" It simply means that the boat has not been imported into the United States. There are three things that can happen to make it legally purchase a boat that is not US Duty Paid. 1) The seller can pay the duty and import it into the United States 2) The seller can move the boat into a Duty Free Zone, and the closing can occur there 3) The seller can move the vessel outside of the stream of commerce, and into a foreign country.
