After trying a range of home cooked dishes and practicing cooking Trinidadian cuisine I'm starting to learn the flavour profile! It's delicious but so different to what I'm used to growing up in Australia, where Asian and European cooking influences are more common. Want to know why Australians love lamb? One of the design emphasis points was to increase visual contact with the sea and this was achieved partially with opening balconies, and larger windows in all areas. All five owner & guest staterooms are spacious and have exceptional window views with the owner's suite ondeck. The décor is contemporary and elegant featuring extensive upgrades from the standard spec encompassing the rich Italian style this builder is known for. The interior finish is a tasteful pickled Oak wood in combination with bleached Oak, teak flooring and tailored leather. A big pink kite gliding by shortly after the finish of the final race at Cork Week 2024. Shame that we can not share the boat name and make with you as we could not see any number to identify the boat. The trim looks great as the glide by to windward shortly before hitting the finish line. The team at Bottom Up Boats hope you enjoy our continued look back on the racing acting from the 2024 session. Boat work is underway to get the boat ready for the 2025 season. Can't wait to get the boat in the water for another season of action on the water.
