This week it seems Chrome has disabled auto use of Flash Player (a piece of software that allows games to work in the CLIA Learning Academy). We have a video of the steps you need to do (less than a minute) to get your computer to allow it to do it's magic, and progress through the courses. In the meantime, we will be working on a longer term solution to ensure your learning time is also fun time!

Toni and I, with my brother Joseph, boarded Moments in Time for a simple, relaxing day sail. Breezes ranged from 4-9 knots but we managed to sail into the Chesapeake Bay towards Cove Point and then south around Hooper Island Lighthouse before returning back into the Patuxent River. It was a lazy day full of sunshine and good food. Find the time to make the moments.

I help boat owners on their maiden long passage or to help them deliver their boat to a home port. During the passage, I teach, mentor, and provide owners with the skillset and mindset required to become a confident sailing cruiser. The current couple I am helping to sail the boat from Baltimore to Ft Lauderdale. So far, we've made it to Charleston. Our next passage is directly to Fort Lauderdale, but we will stop at Cape Canaveral or St Augustine if conditions are not good. There's a ton of boat down in George Town, Bahamas in January and February. We made it down here early spring last year and there were far less boats. I think we were told that during the cruisers regatta, there can be in upwards of 300 boats down here. Anyways, the cruising community down here is amazing. There's a regular cruisers net in the morning. They have rum tastings, volleyball, Texas Hold Em and lots of kids related activities.
