Mickey's experience was smooth sailing with the Atlantic Cruising Yachts staff on the ground at the Fountaine Pajot factory guiding him every step of the way. --- "Another aspect of differentiating ACY from other dealers… when I was in La Rochelle I met another couple that bought a Saona 47. We got to talking and turns out their dealer: 1. Didn’t have a local rep, 2. Their dealer… essentially once they took possession of the boat in La Rochelle, the dealer was gone - didn’t support them at all. They had to hire a local representative, a local French person who was their rep, was their “Baptiste” - Baptiste being the ACY rep I had - They had to hire their own. And it caused them some frustration and some anxiety just trying to maneuver through the process. So that’s another benefit to ACY."
