The first week of the season ending Frosties Regatta at Strangford Lough Yacht Club were sailed in perfect conditions. With a steady 10 to 15 knots which built steadily during the afternoon before topping out at 15 to 20 knots for race 2. The team on GTR pulled of a near perfect gybe coming down the last run to consolidate the their leading while flying into the bottom mark at of 8 knots of boats speed. After a shacking start to the season in big breezes it is great to see the crew working like clock work as the seasons on Going to Red races towards it's close. Hi!👋🏻 We're Ed & Paige. We met in 2011, and since then have grown together as a couple through our love of travel, sailing, and finding ourselves on some pretty epic (sometimes questionable) adventures. In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father (I got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻). Following his return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. After nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings.
