The sailboat show is whizzing by - already day 3. It has been an amazing chance to meet everyone and see how these propellers have made their sailing lives better. I discovered we have Autoprop off to Antarctica on an epic voyage. We have a lot of new owners who have taken the plunge on Leopard catamarans and are thrilled with the propellers and other customers thanking us for years of support as they sadly sell their boats and retire to California to be closer to the newly arrived grandkids. we sailed with over 20 knots into a huge wave and even if were flying our smallest and strongest kite, blew up. We are currently saving our two larger but thinner kites not to loose one more similarly as the sea state continues to be rough and we will need them in the long race. We are currently VMG running with our fractional zero that might not be optimal and result temporarily in reduced boat speed. This is normal in a race like this, and our fighting spirit has just gone up. We're looking forward to reaching half way!" After being on the hardstand for over six months while our Leopard 45 catamaran undergoes boat works and warranty repairs, we've become quite accustomed to life in Trinidad. By virtue of being the person who'd been coming the most consistently the longest, the Telicia found herself in running the weekly live aboard cruisers shopping trip to the Port of Spain Central Market supported by two brilliant local drivers, Larry and Earl.
