The third 78', hydrofoil-assisted Teknicraft Catamaran built by All American Marine was delivered for Kitsap Transit's fast ferry service between Bremerton and Seattle. This 118 passenger ferry is high speed, with ultra-low wake, and will join the Reliance and Rich Passage I to provide additional ferry service on Kitsap Transit's fast ferry route. One of our friends in Monterey let us take his Boston Whaler out for a spin, and Ira discovered... again... that she likes to go fast! She asked me to sit in the front so I could feel what it was like to try to take photographs from the front of the boat, and boy was it bumpy! She offered to speed up to try to skip across the wave tops a bit more, but I felt like it was plenty fast. Just like on a bumpy road, sometimes the best way to smooth out the ride is to go 100MPH...?
