Stay ahead of the curve and set sail with peace of mind! =========================== TRANSCRIPT So the best way to tie your plank on so you don't stub your toes and it doesn't fall off and it doesn't look crap. And it's easy! .... Around the bottom with this line and then around the stanchion and then on. Then we're gonna go around the top under itself and it's cinching around. So now you're pulling here and you're pulling here it's holding it up off the deck and it's holding it firm in two spots. Tie around here with a half inch on a bite. Same at the bottom end here. I'm going to go around the base of the stanchion and under the board again. Around the top. And tie it with a clove hitch on a bite. Just like that! Finish it with another one if you want it nice and secure. The water will run down and your toes will not stub on the underside of there. 11 gennaio 2020 partenza della Cape2Rio. A bordo di Almagores 2 saranno 17 giorni di traversata, di regata, di avventure, di foto, di video. Ne ho fatto un diario che ora vi racconto 18 video dalla partenza a Cape Town all'arrivo a Rio. +11 Si apre un po il cielo malgrado ancora qualche groppi passeggeri più di pioggia che di vento. Si viaggia bene con gennaker in rotta a una media di 12 nodi. Dopo una cena con filetto al gorgonzola e patate al forno, il cielo ci regala un bellissimo tramonto con all’ultimo respiro, quando sparisce del tutto il sole nel mare, una bellissima luce verde. Il cielo si tinge poi di rosa, viola, arancione, che sembra un quadro impressionista. Ancora sotto il fascino dei colori vediamo piccoli delfini che saltano completamente fuori dell’acqua. Sembra che anche loro sono euforici del spettacolo di colori.
