One of the most spectacular dive sites on the Agincourt Reef system, the pinnacle is in a depth of 25m to 16m mid point behind a small ribbon reef. This site is current prone and can only be dived in an incoming tide, as a result there is a large number of different species of fish. The Pegasus 50 hull construction composite is made of a hybrid of carbon and glass fibres, with a PVC core and vinyl ester resin. A carefully controlled vacuum-infusion process creates a laminate of exceptional quality. The combination of glass and carbon fibres increases impact resistance while simultaneously improving structural stability and reducing displacement. The boat benefits from a monocoque construction, in which the deck, bulkheads and floors are bonded and fully laminated to the hull.
