Our Jost Van Dyke guide: White Bay, the Bubbly Pool and Great Harbour → https://mybvicharter.com/island/jost-van-dyke/?utm_source=youtube&utm_content=yeFctJFAtIM White Bay on Jost Van Dyke is the postcard beach of the BVI, and every charter we book comes here. Go before noon, anchor off and swim in to the Soggy Dollar with your cash in a dry bag. But White Bay is open to the north swell and gets rolly, so it's the day stop, not the overnight. That same swell is what makes the Bubbly Pool at the east end fizz. For the night, your captain moves round to Great Harbour and its sheltered mooring field, by Foxy's Tamarind Bar, there since 1968. Our team sat down with Foxy Callwood himself in November 2024 and asked him why people come: "Because people like to come and listen to the music, and the sand, and the sea, and the sun."
