Morgan shows you how he uses the new loader accessory that comes with each new Outback to help solo lifting and roof racking. Much easier on your body to lift each end individually instead of trying to lift all the weight up at once and keep things balanced. This Loader only works on the new Outback, it has softer rubber feet that keep it planted. Out Mirage Pro Angler 12 and Pro Angler 14 have a similar system molded into the hull and works great!
The 45′ Downeast Cruiser Doghouse was designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built by New England Boatworks in 2005. She is capable of long-range cruising, yet is simple enough to be an effective weekender. Some of her many features include a shallow-draft, seakindly hull, planing speeds, extensive sound insulation, redundant equipment, and low maintenance. She was designed as a Downeast-style yacht above the waterline, with a modern chined planing hull, moderately-deep propeller tunnels, and centerline skeg to protect the props. #tbt to the dramatic start of The Ocean Race Europe 2025 in Kiel, Germany. Just minutes after the start, a collision between Team Allagrande MAPEI Racing and Team Holcim-PRB sent shockwaves through the fleet. While the damage forced both teams to retire from Leg 1, the story didn't end there. Following a monumental repair effort and a display of pure grit, both crews rejoined the race for Leg 2 in Portsmouth. Their resilience paid off in spectacular fashion - most notably for Team Holcim-PRB, who fought their way back to secure a 3rd place podium finish overall. It’s not about how you start; it’s about how you finish.
