Watched the fog roll off the summits here for a good thirty minutes. This was late April and truly enjoyed looking out over the hillsides to see green trees starting to fill in. As with Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee had been sparse with tree cover. I had started to worry about sunburn. Where should we go or what should we try next? We've been in Trinidad a while but hadn't tried a huge selection of local food, so when a Trini friend invited us to go to the Queen's Park Savannah Food Strip in Port of Spain of course we said yes!
