With just six days remaining, I'm diligently continuing my preparations for the upcoming voyage across the Pacific from Hawaii to Japan. Today's task is to remove Starlink, as I'm eager to take it on the journey. Unfortunately, this process has been delayed by a day due to yesterday's evacuation of the coastline here in Okinawa, prompted by a Tsunami alert following the deadly earthquake in Taiwan. We are finally here! We have moved onto our sailboat CUBA and we are slowly getting her ready to sail as far as the winds allow us. Just the two of us: Enrique aka Kiki from Cuba and Sarah aka Salsa from Germany and our furry crew. We are setting out adventurizing, shananiganing and learning as we sail through the Mediterranean to – hopefully – cross the Atlantic next year and then circumnavigate the world.
