The Sunreef 80 GAYA is a head-spinning luxury yacht combining bold exterior styling with refined interior design and great performance under sail. After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour!
