The CLEAT HITCH: Good OR Bad? I've just come up to this, it's very tight and someone's gone around and done a hitch straight away. Now if you had of done a couple of turns and things before you did this cleat hitch maybe that would help but right now that is rock solid and it's really hard to get off especially in an emergency. So I'm gonna have to roll it. It's just not what I call efficient. Had it been like that and then like that and then you put your cleat hitch on fine. Detta är vårt hem ⛵️💙 En Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49i eller en 15meters segelbåt för de som föredrar det språket. Det är owner-version med 3 hytter. Ofta produceras båtar i charter version eller i owner version. Och som namnen säger så har de lite olika layout beroende på om man ska ha den som ägare för eget bruk (owner-version) eller om tanken är charter. Hade denna båt varit en charter-version hade den haft fyra hytter och tre toaletter. En sådan version hade inte passat oss lika bra. Vi valde just denna modell av flera anledningar. Men en av dem var att den var "Purpose build", alltså genomtänkt layout och förberett för tvättmaskin, diskmaskin m.m Sedan har denna båt aldrig gått som charter. Since our first visit, Cumberland Island has become the “magical” or “enchanting” place on the ICW. And how lucky are we to be able to visit it by private vessel? We enjoy exploring all parts of the island, from the trails and marsh to the beaches and mansion ruins, but it’s the wildlife and remoteness that keeps us wanting to come back. Words and pictures cannot describe the experience as you immerse yourself under the canopy of mossy oaks while hearing the chirps of birds, the whinnying of horses, and the rustling leaves made by the armadillos.
