Running our Volvo Penta MD 19 engine for the first time with water connected. We took the engine apart completely and renovated/changed the components. After trying a range of home cooked dishes and practicing cooking Trinidadian cuisine I'm starting to learn the flavour profile! It's delicious but so different to what I'm used to growing up in Australia, where Asian and European cooking influences are more common. Want to know why Australians love lamb?
