All you need is a booty band! After a really busy day of work on the boat and work in my business, I’m surprised I had the energy to get this out. But after taking a good 7 days off from any workouts, I was really glad to get this one in ☺️ I didn’t go too hard, but it still knocked me for six. Also my appetite afterwards was INSATIABLE! Give this one a try if you’ve only got 20 minutes and want to work out from home (or an equipment free gym workout!) Workout details: Perform each exercise for the stated number of reps. Four rounds total.
