Nu får I lige en lille introduktion - for hvem er egentlig ombord på den båååd der?? 🚣 Vi er Signe og Christian, i 2019 krydsede vores veje i Søværnet og siden da er vores relation og drømme vokset. Cirka to år efter købte vi vores hjem, en Beneteau 44cc, det er den vi har arbejdet på siden for at gøre hende klar til at udleve vores store drøm om en jordomsejling. I sommeren 2025 forlod vi Den Danske Dam og sejlede mod Middelhavet. Nu har vi ligget her en hel vinter og bevæger os vest på igen fra april. The first step on the foiling journey for any sailor, windsurfer or kiteboarder who wants to experience foiling, is to take part in a FoilLab delivered at a club, by a qualified club coach. FoilLabs focus on the fundamental skills required to begin foiling and assist participants to understand what is happening with the foil below the surface of the water, and how to control it. A FoilLab is relevant no matter which foiling class a sailor chooses (WindFoil, KiteFoil, SailFoil, or WingFoil). FOIL-LABs are a day long introductory session allowing participants to experience and learn about foiling. FOIL-LABs provide a safe space for sailors to learn and interact with a new type of sailing experience and equip themselves with new knowledge to take on foiling classes. Sailors will learn the fundamentals that drive a hydrofoils performance, as well learn about the body and physical relationships that offer a path to mastery. Mastering the basics gives more options to have more fun, more often. It also allows sailors to chase performance in a range of modern performance sailing classes in a fun and fulfilling way.
