Marine diesel engine for sale in San Diego. 20 H.P. 2 cylinder Chinese diesel. Heavy duty and simple construction. Runs Great. Parts are obtainable here in Southern California. I am replacing the engine in my 42' sailboat with a new one. Engine is still installed in boat, but set to be taken out 11/30/2010. Price is $1000 total for Engine, trans, exhaust, and guages. On pensait avancer sur le chantier… jusqu’à découvrir que les appareillages électriques n’avaient aucun boîtier étanche. Résultat : corrosion avancée à cause de l’humidité et de l’environnement marin. Sur un bateau, surtout en milieu salin, les appareillages devraient être montés avec des boîtiers adaptés et une protection conforme aux règles de l’art. On a donc : • fabriqué un outil spécifique pour élargir les cloches existantes • installé des boîtiers étanches adaptés • remplacé les appareillages par du matériel plus fiable 👉 Encore une journée de chantier non prévue… mais nécessaire pour sécuriser Horizon. #refit #electricite #catamaran #bateau #chantier #voile #sailinglife #boatprojects #lagoon42 #sailinghorizon
