Kratke hlače Stvoriti

To make it short, we have been enjoying absolutely incredible conditions in Skjálfandi Bay lately! Humpback whales are here in big numbers and it’s hard to imagine whale watching getting any better than this! Shot by captain Heimir Harðarson at North Sailing. This video is part of our boat work and maintenance series... not so much an episode about our travels and boat life. The bimini top on our catamaran is really starting to fall apart. This little video clip is a prelude to changes to come! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We can't produce quality inspirational content indefinitely without the support of our fans. This video illustrates the force of the wind while on a close hauled/close reach with one reef in the main and 2/3 of the Genoa out in 17 knots of wind with 23 knot gusts. Our speed over ground last week ranged from a comfortable 6.5 knots to 12.5 knots. As you may know, the Lagoon 450 is well known for its capability to sail in low wind and down wind. We also realized the 450's ability to provide a controlled and comfortable “banging up wind” experience during our 21 day trip around the BVIs.

It's always nice when students are happy to say nice things about you. Here is a testimonial from two recent newly certificated Day Skipper shore based theory students. They enjoyed our Distance Learning course, as are a host of Day Skipper and Yachtmaster students.
