È giusto stare nel presente, non pre-occuparsi (“occuparsi prima che accada qualcosa”), nè vivere nel passato, con i ricordi a riempire le giornate. Ogni tanto fa anche bene fermarsi e fare un check. Quest’oggi andiamo a fare un’escursione e prima di partire c’è il momento “Preso tutto? La crema? Asciugamano?
