The team on GTR had a great weeks sailing in Volvo Cork week 2024. There were plenty of action adventure and excitement through the week with team showing improvement the more time they spent on the boat. By the end of the week we where beating one of the other J109 and getting closer to the leading two, on the finishes to the offshore race we topped out at nearly 11 knots of SOG with the tide push us along on a lovely reach into the harbour. We finaly tested our new Dufour 530 Yacht, in La Rochelle, after many weeks of waiting, which was important for everyone’s health, we succeeded in organizing the first trial of our new DUFOUR 530 yacht, in La Rochelle, following physical distancing measures, with Loïc Madeline, editor of the specialized french magazine, Voiles et Voiliers.
