We go inside a teepee along the river and jam on the guitar before we head for Idaho City. Once we got there, we had to dodge the deer as dusk had already fallen on our way back to the city. A quick intro to a relatively new feature, the carbon fiber steering wheel! We got a chance to see ours being built. Picking it up makes it feel like it is made from balsa wood. The weight of the assembly just about doubles when the stainless steel hub is added.

Chef Abel shared a lot with me recently, and I must say I have immense respect for his cooking, his passion, and dedication. There was a time when we didn't know about gluten-free, GMOs, or any of that - we just made everything from scratch, and didn't have allergies or other issues. I just want to remind you that it's still possible - we still have access to good, natural food, thanks to all the farmers.
