After sailing the Caribbean since 2015, I am relocating, so YellowRock which is a Privilege 37 catamaran for sale by owner. Driver pulls out from a side street in front of eastbound traffic and nearly gets hit. The eastbound driver had just changed lanes and still had his right turn signal on--confusing the other driver, I guess.
