Day 5 offshore sailing from Chile to Panama ⛵️ When we are on long passages one of the most important jobs is to check all lines, blocks, sails ect. for wear and tear. Being used non stop for days will inevitably cause damage. I discovered a very old orchard growing wild in the woods near the sailboat. So many varieties of fruits and berries. So, I snagged a pair of pears and turned them into a Whiskey Pear Sauce for the the pancakes! This will be the first cooking segment for the channel! Stay tuned for new episodes coming up shortly. I haven’t been able to afford a new laptop to edit videos on the boat. We are headed back to Alberta on Sunday so I’ll get some videos uploaded soon.
